Virginia (VA):
We operate a hybrid clinic at 1320 Central Park Blvd, Suite 216, Fredericksburg, VA, offering both in-person and telehealth visits.

We are open Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (EST).
We are closed on Sundays.

We accept several major insurance providers, including:

• CareFirst 
• Anthem BlueCross BlueShield
• Aetna
• Cigna
• UnitedHealthcare 
• Medicaid MCOs (Virginia). 

Some services are  cash-pay only and offer membership plans  and payment options for ongoing care.

Self-pay rates are transparent and due at the time of service. A few common rates:

• Initial Evaluation: $250
• Follow-Up (30 min): $125
• Medication Management (20 min): $75
• Wellness Sessions (45–60 min): varies

Telehealth visits are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. You will connect through the patient portal. You’ll need a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space. 

Yes, we provide return-to-work letters, medical documentation for established patients only upon request. Some documents may incur a small administrative fee.
